User Guide for Enhanced Bulk Customization
This document details the new visibility features for PO direct receiving to bulk. This customization allows warehouse operators to track progress in real-time on their scanners.

Initial Item Scan
Open the scanner and navigate to the PO receiving menu. Scan the item barcode to begin the registration process.

Quantity Entry & Progress Check
New Logic
Enter the quantity being received. The system will immediately display your progress as "X out of Y".
How the math works:
- X (Total Registered): Sum of all previously registered units plus the quantity just entered.
- Y (Total Ordered): The original quantity requested on the PO line.
Example: If you registered 2 units earlier and now scan 1 more, the screen will show 3 out of 10

Assigning the Bin Location
You have two choices for completing the put-away:
- Manual Scan: Scan a physical barcode at the bin location.
- Suggested Bin Location: Click the "Suggested Location" button on the scanner. The system auto-populates the target bin — click "OK" to complete. No scanning required!

Multi-Scan Continuation
If you scan the same item again, the system continues to accumulate. For example, scanning 4 more pieces after having 3 registered will update the display to 7 out of 10.

Work Completion
Once the location is confirmed (either manually or via suggestion), the scanner will display "Work is Completed".
